Ementa:

Princípios de Sensoriamento Remoto: princípios físicos, interferência atmosférica, espectroscopia de reflectância, propriedades espectrais de materiais naturais. Processamento Digital de Imagens: métodos básicos e avançados de processamento de imagens multiespectrais e hiperespectrais. Aplicações em mapeamento mineralógico e geológico. Técnicas de análise espacial de dados em Sistemas de Informações Georreferenciadas. Modelos de prospectividade mineral e petrolífera.
