Ementa:

Apresentam-se os principais mecanismos de vinculação entre a universidade e atores sociais (e.g. empresas) a partir de experiências históricas selecionadas de países avançados e em desenvolvimento. Esta dupla perspectiva histórico-institucional serve como base para a compreensão dos limites da relação universidade-empresa no Brasil, a partir da observação de casos específicos e de suas tendências.
