Ementa:
O curso aborda a gestão da inovação como componente da estratégia competitiva da empresa de negócios, seja ela industrial ou de serviços, no contexto da transformação digital e da transição para a sustentabilidade. Enfoca-se a gestão da inovação como processo-chave para o crescimento das empresas. Ela se caracteriza pela tensão entre exigências do mercado, que orientam a inovação incremental, e a exploração de oportunidades de inovação radical, que cria mercado, mas enfrenta alto grau de incerteza. A gestão estratégica da inovação requer processos, recursos, parcerias e formas organizacionais apropriados e liderança empreendedora. Ênfase especial é dada à influência do contexto econômico e empresarial brasileiro no processo de inovação das empresas que nele atuam.
