Ementa:

Marco Institucional: evolução dos acordos, convenções e dissídios. Assembleia, formação da pauta de reivindicação e das comissões de mobilização e negociação. Definição de estratégias de negociação; o ritual da negociação: comissão sindical, representação patronal, delegacia do Trabalho. Ajuizamento do dissídio coletivo.
