Ementa:

A disciplina tem como objetivo levar aos alunos o conhecimento dos conceitos fundamentais e das teorias básicas necessárias ao entendimento do papel da ciência e da tecnologia na dinâmica econômica. O curso dedica ênfase especial ao tema da corporação industrial e suas formas de organização, tendo em vista sua importância para a constituição e mutação das relações entre o progresso técnico e a acumulação de capital.
