Ementa:

A disciplina aborda o efeito dos alimentos funcionais e das substâncias bioativas na obesidade, na inflamaçao e na cognição. São endereçados seus mecanismos de ação contra obesidade, suas comorbidades, colite ulcerativa, Doença de Chron, Mal de Alzheimer, Diabetes tipo III e na melhora da cognição.
