Ementa:
A disciplina abordará os principais métodos experimentais, in vitro, in vivo e translacionais, para estudo do câncer, considerando os aspectos gerais das células tumorais (cancer hallmarks): migração, proliferação, sobrevivência/morte, ciclo celular, microambiente tumoral (angiogênese e evasão da resposta imune). A abordagem será teórica, prática e demonstrativa.
